 I'll tell you a little bit of my story, arriving in 2021.

 I've been married for 20 years!  Coming soon 21!

 I married my first boyfriend.  My only love since I was 12 years old.

 We polished ourselves a lot, we already ate a lot of salt together ... (We use this term in Portuguese to say that we went through a lot of learning together.)

 But I dare say that we were born to be together!

 He is of Japanese descent and that's why we lived in Japan for almost a decade.

 But other than that, we always live in Curitiba.  We are from here!

 My husband works a lot.  But he is very present at home.  It helps me a lot.  He was always by my side, at all times.

 And he is very skilled.  He's a polyglot.  He plays piano.  Black belt in taekondo and jiujitsu.  Physicist.  And he loves to cook, he does amazing things.

 We get along too well.  Partners, best friends, eternal boyfriends.

 He knows everything about my jobs, he always knew, everything about me!

 It took me almost 8 years to have our first child, so we enjoyed it much earlier.  That's why I had enough time to get involved with so many things, that it made my life into a movie.

 Benjamin was born in Japan 🇯🇵

 He is now 12 years old and is an aspie.  And everything about him seems to be 9, down to the bones.

 Alizie was born in Brazil 🇧🇷 and is 10 years old.  She is very precocious and never really liked dolls.  She is a mini-adult.  Much like what I was as a child.

 We always live in downtown Curitiba.  And I love my city!  Although I would trade for some other countries.  I love living abroad!

 Our children have the surname of the junction of our nicknames: Mora + Ely = Morely.

 I was a vegetarian for 8 years and a vegan for 4.

 I got involved with a lot of work until now. 

 A more natural and conscious life.

 But I've done everything in life!

 I worked with many things ...

 I worked at my mom's store as my first job.

 I worked a lot in factories.

 Then I took several courses and worked with the Japanese and international police as a detective / investigator / steganographer.

 I've had business of my own.  3!  And we failed about 2!  The other was only mine but I abandoned it.

 I've done important work. Dangerous!

 I also suffered abuse in childhood.

 Due to all this, I think that, over time, resulted in several disorders.

 That even took a while to appear.

 I discovered what today is known as multipolarity, this in 2013 for 14.

 Including:

 schizophrenia

 Panic Syndrome

 Anxiety

 Major depression

 Type 1 bipolar disorder

 Psychosis and paranoia

 I have these 7 mental disorders!

 But I am currently ideally stable since I started taking the best medicines, so far, in 3 years of treatment.

 It is the third time treating, because before I healed and stopped the medication.

 But in 2017 came the worst crisis and I almost died.  Without medication my central nervous system fails.

 But I changed the medication a lot in these almost 8 years of struggle.  Only for 6 months have I been well enough, almost as before the crises.

 Now I just need to recover my physique (because I gained a lot weight with a certain medication) and my memory for some facts, which I gradually feel better.

 I spent a lot of time outside myself!

 After I started treating (for the third time, and since 2017), I started participating in self-help groups to understand myself better and help me.  At first it was just to get to know myself. And after I got better, I started helping other people like me.  And then I became an Emotional Caregiver.

 Now I manage several WhatsApp and Facebook groups.  Not only self-help but also music, friendship, language and religion.

 Other matters, which I also follow.

 My focus is to help people with any type of mental / psychological / emotional disorder.  I already know a lot of about this because I sought a lot of knowledge.  And I also do 2 courses in the area.

 I make disclosures, give tips, my information step, call if necessary, teach curative autotherapy and advise people on what I can.  I teach them to get where I managed to get, because a lot was with my collaboration with doctors.  And as I already help to treat many people, wow, many, I am already very practical and skilled in the matter.

 I am very involved in this and I take my work very seriously.  Today is what I breathe!

 Unfortunately, the crises left me with consequences, which I fight daily.

 But I'm very happy and fulfilled!

 I feel like new and healed!

 And so I believe that everyone can achieve too. And I am willing to teach!
